Presentation Report (Mohammed Awadh)

Topic:
Red crescent
This is a report about Mohammed Awadh’s presentation (H00230922) taking place in room C001 on 2nd June 2013. Mohammed’s presentation was about UAE Red Crescent and how did it impact the society locally and globally. He first briefly explained what is Red Crescent as a general then he explained what is UAE Red Crescent in specific. Also he showed some picture of the UAE Red Crescent helping needed people around the world. People that natural disasters had destroyed their homes; for example, tsunami, earth quickies, volcanoes and storms. Red Crescent do not help only countries crashed by natural disaster, also they help poor countries like Somalia, Bangladesh and other countries that suffer famine. In the end of the presentation, Mohammed showed the way to donate to UAE Red Crescent by their branches, donate box and by sending empty SMS to numbers. The Topic in general is interesting because it shows how brave those people are and how much time and energy they spend to help people they don’t know. Mohammed as a presenter did well, his body language was good, and he had an eye contact with all the audients. He had self-confidence standing in a good position, but when he said the information about Yemen he was not sure about it. In the end, Mohammed answered most of the questions that was asked by his classmates and the teacher.
