Reflection:
Emiratization considered the number one problem in the UAE,
due to the large number of
unemployed local people. My group consisted of the chairman, Mohammed Awadh,
Khalfan Almuhairi, the secretary, & Hamed and Saeed as participants. The
entire group decided that Emiratization should be our discussed topic. In the
beginning of the meeting, I explained what Emiratization means and the
difference between the government sector & the private sector. After that,
Hamed suggested two solutions for this problem, which is youth forum and
internship in the private sector. Saeed also added two effective points,
organizing career fairs including the private sectors in HCT and to reduce the
benefits of the government sector. The last point that we came to,
privatization, got all the attention of the group and they considered it to be
the best solution to our case. The meeting in general went smoothly,; each one
in the group got his time to share with us his ideas. Also in addition I notice
that our group had good skills in communication. I as secretary helped the
chairman Mohammed Awadh to be organized in his meeting; I wrote the points of
each member in the group as it was recorded as a voice note in the phone. In the
end, I think the meeting was a good reflection on us.
